32. Why is the calculated tightening torque of the ESLO thread larger than that of the standard thread? Under such a large situation, has the force of the bolt reached its yield strength?With the torque provided by our company, is there a possibility that the bolt will be broken?

It can be seen from the vector analysis diagram in Figure 2 that under the same torque, the clamping force produced by the variable tooth type anti-loosening thread is smaller than the clamping force produced by the standard thread. 

To achieve the same clamping force, the torque must be increased. Up to now, the use of easy-locking and anti-loosening lock nuts has not received reports of bolts being broken.
